Our Approach

The assessment is
the beginning of
the conversation.

Our approach begins with understanding the concerns and questions behind your interest in the OTP. Gathering input from everyone on the team helps build a clearer picture of what is happening and where support may be most beneficial.

We bring the findings back to leadership and the team so decisions about targeted interventions are grounded in the team’s results.

Discuss an engagement
  1. Understand what brings you here.

We discuss the concerns, questions, and experiences behind your interest in the OTP, developing a clear understanding of what you want to learn about your team.

  2. Explain why every perspective matters.

We work with you to explain to stakeholders and team members why everyone’s input is important, so efforts to support performance reflect the needs of the whole team.

  3. Hear from each team member.

Each team member receives a unique assessment link to complete the OTP. Their responses contribute to a picture of the team’s collective experience.

  4. Bring the findings back to the team.

We share group-level results with both leadership and the team through reports and guided discussion. Together, we use the findings to prioritize support and targeted interventions that could benefit the team as a whole.

A few practical questions

Before you begin.

What would an engagement involve?

We begin by understanding what has prompted your interest in the OTP and explaining the purpose of gathering everyone’s input. Each team member receives a unique assessment link. Group-level reports and discussions then bring the findings back to leadership and the team to help prioritize support. Scope, timing, and fees are agreed before the work begins.

How will participant information be handled?

Reporting arrangements, access to results, and expectations for confidentiality should be established before participation. We will discuss these with you in the context of your team’s size and the purpose of the engagement.
